About the Role: As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for executing complex annotation projects for our AI clients, using your deep product knowledge to leverage our technology creatively, and ultimately optimize its value. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving client renewals, retention, and expansions, as well as contributing to the growth and scalability of our business.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Success and Project Management:

  • Manage customer expectations, project timelines, and issue resolution while coordinating across internal teams.
  • Lead client renewals, retention, and expansion, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing health of customer accounts.
  • Create and document success deliverables.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Centaur’s systems and processes, becoming a technical subject matter expert to ensure effective project execution and customer satisfaction.

Building our processes and product:

  • Implement best practices for account management and continuously drive improvements based on key metrics (OKRs and KPIs).
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by identifying and solving issues promptly.
  • Advocate for customers by providing feedback to product teams on key features and improvement.
  • Develop tools, processes, and procedures to support scalable growth and improve customer success practices.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, technical project and/or product management, or customer success
  • Proven ability to navigate technical conversations and effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis, demonstrating the ability to work with technical tools and interpret complex datasets to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with the ability to navigate C-suite conversations confidently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience navigating C-suite audiences
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with fewer than 50 employees.
  • Background in AI/ML.
