Icertis CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Specialist
Location: Hybrid – Durham, NC or Burlington, NC
Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (once proficient)
This role reports under IT and provides ongoing support for Labcorp's global Legal department as an administrator and configurator of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. The position focuses on platform enhancements, issue resolution, integrations, and end‑to‑end lifecycle management of configuration changes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ICI platform. Create and update contract types, templates, workflows, rules, attributes, clauses, and user/security groups.
Act as 1st responder for Severity 1 incidents, driving rapid diagnosis and resolution.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver both short- and long-term remediation.
Work directly with business users to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, implement changes in lower environments, and facilitate UAT.
Promote configuration changes across environments using P2P and follow Labcorp IT release processes.
Support integrations with Salesforce, DocuSign, Office 365, SSO, and other enterprise platforms.
Provide strategic guidance for future enhancements and cross‑system integrations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2 years or more of hands-on experience managing and configuring Icertis ICI.
5 years or more of experience in an IT systems role.
Preferred Qualifications
Icertis certifications (Practitioner, Technical Professional, or Administrator).
1 year or more of experience installing and configuring Salesforce and DocuSign integrations in ICI.
1 year or more of experience performing data migration activities including extracting metadata and migrating contracts into ICI.
1 year or more of experience supporting Icertis AI modules including Vera Analytics, Negotiate AI, and Discover Copilot.
Additional Job Standards
Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and project‑management abilities
