Labcorp is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable Specialist I (Provider Enrollment Administrative Assistant) to join our team!
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
(Some flexibility available)
Job Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and update reports and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
Complete provider enrollment and credentialing applications for multiple payors with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate document signatures and facilitate communication between Directors and Vice Presidents
Manage inter-office mail, document scanning, and secure handling of confidential materials
Support departmental projects, including denial resolution activities and inventory tracking
Utilize Adobe Pro and internal systems/portals for document management and data entry
Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare administration, provider enrollment or credentialing, payer support, or administrative roles
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of internal Labcorp billing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Pro, and online portals
Additional Job Standards
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment

Pay Range: $17.75 - $18.50
