ProcessMaker, a fast-growing B2B software-as-a-service company, is on a mission to help companies achieve newfound levels of efficiency, productivity and growth through the use of AI-powered automation.

We are currently looking to hire a results-driven Account Executive to join our team and be responsible for driving revenue and new customer logo growth by passionately helping our customers to solve complex business problems through the use of our Business Process Automation (BPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Process Intelligence solutions The right candidate is process driven and a natural born problem-solver, who is empathetic, curious, competitive and obsessed with helping customers succeed.

Essential Functions:

  • Use question-based discovery and active listening techniques to help customers explain their current situation, the problem(s) they are trying to solve and the impact of those problems on their business
  • Become an expert in ProcessMaker’s capabilities so that once the problems are fully understood, a solution can be communicated with credibility and trust
  • Consistently deliver monthly and quarterly new sales targets by managing a pipeline of opportunities generated by Sales Development (SDR) colleagues as well as your own prospecting
  • Advance prospective clients through a highly structured sales process from initial discovery, through demonstration, business case presentation, solution validation and close.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders and decision makers throughout the sales process to avoid single-threaded discussions.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our products by providing feedback from conversations with your customers and prospects
  • Partner closely with your Solutions Consulting counterparts who are your technical and demonstration support during the sales process
  • Update Salesforce CRM and Clari on a daily basis to reflect the current state of your discussions with prospects and to forecast your monthly and quarterly sales results.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years as an Account Executive selling software or SaaS solutions
  • Bachelors in Engineering or STEM where the majority focus has been on analysis and problem solving
  • Balance between structured and creative thinking; the ability to follow a structured sales process, while helping to uncover business problems that require flexibility and agile dialogue to fully understand.
  • Strong organizational skills that allow a pipeline of 20 or more opportunities to be properly managed and progressed in parallel
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable using Salesforce and Clari
  • Results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player
