We are seeking a new team member who will be creating design standards and front end interfaces that enhance the customer's experience with ProcessMaker and facilitate positive experiences with the software for first-party and end users alike.

Responsibilities

• Own the design for feature development within the product to elevate the user experience to best-in-class standards
• Align product stakeholders to design standards for a cohesive product experience across both platform and solutions products
• Advise on best practices for modern design standards and user experience across all customer-facing offerings
• Cross-examine design and functionality decisions with internal and external stakeholders

Essential Functions

• Develop mockups and designs for product requirement documents and partner with the engineering team to see the designs through implementation in the product
• Maintain the design pattern library for the product’s UI
• Perform ad hoc analyses of industry designs and functionality to make recommendations on product strategy decisions to leadership
• Conduct user testing and market research, including the development of ‘paper’ prototypes and user walkthroughs for user interviews

Minimal Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UI design experience
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
• Technical background with experience in SAAS and enterprise software
• Proficiency with design software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting user research and testing
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with product launch strategies and/or product management
