About the role

The Construction Analytics Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality, actionable insights to Owners and EPCs tracking the progress of under-construction solar sites. This role requires close collaboration with Product and Engineering to quickly iterate on and improve customer deliverables. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of stakeholder needs as well as technical prowess, and is eager to incorporate direct customer feedback to refine and improve end results.

What you'll do

  • Build and sustain the construction data pipeline, targeting same-day delivery of quality construction analytics
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of data collection technologies (both capabilities and limitations) and collaborate within Operations to tailor data collection to analytic output targets
  • Continuously improve the speed and quality of deliverables by identifying data analysis pipeline bottlenecks and opportunities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in solar, preferably with a focus on the construction and commissioning space
  • Advanced skills in data visualization and geospatial analysis tools
  • Familiar with data collection technology, including drone-in-a-box, lidar, and ground robots
  • Proven ability to present complex data insights to external stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Direct experience with with data collection technology, including drone-in-a-box, lidar, and ground robots
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment
