- Sales Leadership: Build and lead a dynamic enterprise sales team, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members, setting clear sales targets, and providing regular performance feedback.
- Strategy Development: Develop and refine the enterprise sales strategy, including market segmentation, target customer profiles, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers and partners, understanding their unique needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise clients and the expansion of existing accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities, providing strategic insights to the executive team.
- Sales Process Optimization: Establish and optimize sales processes, including CRM utilization, lead generation, qualification, and sales forecasting.
- Culture Development: Exhibit and reinforce Relay’s core CHASE values.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of successful enterprise sales experience at a <$50M ARR startup.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, including pipeline management, account planning, and deal negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and a willingness to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
